Syntia came to us from the position of IT tester in another company, and we were impressed. In SuperFaktura, she is mainly in charge of contact with clients, whether you write to us, call us or send a message via online chat.

Alča has had intense experience working on the customer service line of a commercial insurance company. Compared to that, working with clients at SuperFaktura is a walk in the park. Especially since all of you are so nice (no joke).

You spend a few years studying chemistry, analyzing experiment results, working with large amounts of data, and studying various textbooks—only to realize that you enjoy working with data more than chemistry itself. And as a bonus, Tina really loves communicating with clients. Go ahead and try it—give her a call!

Currently the only man in our customer service team, but with the most beautiful last name! Communicative and empathetic, and thanks to his attention to detail, he fits in perfectly with us. He plays the piano and is a collector of risographs (we had to Google what that is and whether it’s something you eat with chopsticks).

Janka takes care in particular of communicating on social networks and preparing and implementing our marketing campaigns in the media. She loves beautiful food on color shots and in reality.

Jakub—a traveler and gourmet—holds a hybrid position with us. His role spans from being a product owner to marketing, and he works closely with colleagues from other departments. By the way, if we ever had a happiness manager, it would definitely be him.

Lubo is in charge of the smooth operation of the SuperFaktura as well as the development of new “feautures”. He likes any sporting activity, but most of all football, he has played football league before. He is also a huge fan of Liverpool FC.

Mates oversees our developers and the development of SuperFaktura’s mobile apps. But we also love throwing other development challenges his way—just to keep him on his toes.

His domain is development, and his nemesis is pickles. He joined us right after finishing his applied informatics studies and (luckily) it seems like he’s here to stay for the long run.

After many years in mechanical engineering, Ondrej decided to start a completely new career as a web developer. Plus, he’s eager to learn and constantly improve—and that’s not something you see every day. We truly admire him for that.

Since we’re constantly improving and refining SuperFaktura, we needed someone to take care of what users see and how they see it. And Tomáš fit into this role like… well, just perfectly.

Filip spent a full 10 years as a developer at Profesia (working on various projects). And recently, he decided that he’ll stay at SuperFaktura for at least as long. Right, Filip? RIGHT?!?

Vlado codes with the ease of someone writing dance steps—it’s as if he started programming in the cradle. When he’s not crafting elegant algorithms, he’s lacing up his dance shoes and spinning to the rhythm of salsa. And if he’s not on the dance floor, you’ll find him in his garden, carefully growing the juiciest tomatoes.

Mišo switches sitting positions so creatively that he sometimes needs a little “untangling” break. Morning battles with his alarm clock are a daily routine, but once he gets to work, he runs like a machine. And all of that with drama music in the background, keeping him in the right rhythm.

Peter has a special gift to talk about legislative (unimportant) things quite simply and comprehensibly. His hobbies include mainly the Revenue Office phone calls:-). And he also writes the blog Human Speak .

Maroš was from the beginning an information center for the entire development team. He always has the right answer. Uncompromising realist. In a month, he reads more books than the rest of the team together.

Petr is the chief developer of SuperFaktura. He is fanatically dependent on bicycles, healthy nutrition, perfect sound reproduction and photography. See his opinions and creations on his blog .

Braňo is the father of the SuperFaktura graphics interface. Gradually, however, he assumed the command and besides the satisfaction of his clients he also depends on the satisfaction of his other colleagues (surely!)
